1.我公司全面执行和承担合同文件中规定的各项条款，负责合同项目的施工与维护，按规定配备所需的人员和机械设备，保证工程进度、工程质量以及施工现场的安全。
2.按期完成工程项目，遵守相关法律、法规。
3.我方委派的工程施工现场负责人，代表我方处理日常工程现场施工、维护工作。在工程施工中，我方服从业主委派的监理工程师的指示，有责任与业主、土建单位、安装单位、监理单位、设计单位保持联系和合作，按时交换工程施工和设备技术数据及资料。
4. 施工管理
4.1 我公司在签订合同后即着手施工准备工作，在接到进场通知10天内进驻施工现场。
4.2 正式开工前我公司必须进一步对设计图纸认真审阅，并进行现场核对，在充分了解设计要求和核对现场后，编制施工设计、施工进度计划、材料设备采购计划、工程用款计划。
4.3 为保证良好的工程质量、计划进度、我公司必须对每道工序进行认真的检查、测量和调试，填写好当日的施工日记和各种记录，以备工程随时检查。
4.4 在施工中我公司对其承包的工程范围的安全负责全部责任，由于供货方管理不善或过失造成的一切安全、质量事故，其责任概由承包人自负，业主不承担任何责任和支付任何费用。
5. 安装、调试及试运行
5.1 我公司派遣有从事同类工作五年以上实践经验的技术人员进行设备安装、调试及运行工作，直到保证正常稳定运行。
5.2 在调试期间，我公司在现场负责测试和调试。测试、调试方法及记录表格式由贵方认可后方可执行。
5.3 试运行过程中连续72小时以上的保证测试，保证测试的项目，保证测试的内容包括本招标范围内所有设备、仪表、电气等组件的正常、系统的稳定及各项操作指标达到要求。

4. Construction management

4.3 In order to ensure good project quality and planned progress, our company must carefully check, measure and debug each process, and fill in the construction diary and various records of the day, so that the project can be inspected at any time.
4.4 During construction, our company is fully responsible for the safety of its contracted scope of work. All safety and quality accidents caused by the supplier's mismanagement or negligence shall be borne by the contractor, and the owner will not bear any responsibility and pay any costs.
5. Installation, commissioning and trial operation
5.1 Our company sends technicians with more than five years of practical experience in similar work to carry out equipment installation, commissioning and operation until normal and stable operation is guaranteed.
5.2 During commissioning, our company is responsible for testing and commissioning on site. The test and commissioning methods and the format of the record sheet can be implemented only after your approval.
5.3 Guarantee test for more than 72 consecutive hours in the process of trial operation. The guarantee test items include the normality of all equipment, instruments, electrical components, etc. within the scope of this bidding, the stability of the system, and all operating indicators meet the requirements.
